		<description>The key is eating enough to be satisfied, but not so much that you feel gross. Personally, I have a son who does not really like candy much so I get to eat more than my share!

		<description>First of all Dinneen, I think you and Darya have a similar &quot;voice&quot; in your writing. For a minute there I forgot who&#039;s article I was reading! 

Secondly, when I read tip #2 (the second half of it), I recognized me. I can sit there, and eat, and eat... and eat. Don&#039;t get me wrong. I don&#039;t have a weight problem. LOL! Okay, maybe a bit of one, but I&#039;m still mostly ok with my self esteem. Except for those times when I&#039;m not. :)

Finally, Darya asked &quot;How do you practice rational indulgence?&quot;. For me, it&#039;s been by eating lots of vegetables, fruits and legumes. Breads &amp; pastas &amp; rice make me feel TOO full. Then, I feel that uncomfortable, gotta change out of the panty hose feeling.

Anyway, thank you for this timely reminder. I love your writing, your voice, and your message. (Darya&#039;s too!)
