Though I could impress you with my degrees, diplomas, and how I’ve studied with some of the greatest teachers in the industry — but I won’t.
Sure, these things are important, but what really makes me an amazing coach is my own work around food, body image, and self worth. And having been in your shoes, I truly understand the struggle.
You see, I’ve walked down that path.
The yo-yo dieting. Hating my body. Stuffing my face with food. Restricting. Using food for comfort. Thinking about what I should or shouldn’t eat. Worried about going over my calorie allotment for the day. Hating the bulge hanging over my jeans. And not being able to lose those last 20 pounds (they kept finding me!)
Yet I’ve overcome it. And so can you.
I now eat and live vibrantly. I have more time in my day because I’m no longer obsessing over what I eat. I’ve dropped the extra pounds and maintained a healthy weight while eating foods I love.
I also spent over 5 years living in France. And let me tell you, if there’s anyone who knows how to eat and stay slim, it’s the French.
It is my mission in life to help women just like you. It’s what gets me up in the morning, and what makes my heart sing.
