I’m Dinneen and I’d love to start with telling you why I’m not like most nutritionists…
I believe the true secret to lasting weight loss is not to create foolproof diet plans, spend hours discussing the importance of working out, or buying the latest super-food, but to examine the reasons behind each woman’s choice of what she eats and why she eats it.
After close to 20 years of failed dieting, calorie counting, and crushing self-hate, I finally lost weight and kept it off through discovering some pretty counter-intuitive practices. Many of these discoveries came while living in France, others through the school of hard-knocks, and others from professional trainings.
Most nutritionists or other ‘experts’ focus on either the food OR the emotions behind our eating. I help you with both.
Because it’s not just what you’re eating, but why you’re eating it.

I’ve been through it, the diets that put your life on hold, the pints of ice cream you want to put down so badly, the desire to be normal around food. I escaped the tornado of reckless eating, restrictive diets and crushing self-hatred.

To be clear, I am a foodie and NOT a health-nut. I don’t believe in willpower, I believe in the power of pleasure (living in France will do that to you). I love carrots AND butter (especially together). I prefer wine over wheatgrass, cream over skim milk, and real chocolate ice cream over low-fat yogurt. I believe that every woman deserves a body she loves and feels good in, a career that fulfills her, and a life that excites her.
