		<description>Funny, I was saying just last week that I&#039;ve probably forgotten what it feels like to be hungry. I started a few weeks ago trying *not* to eat just because there was food available, but rather wait until I&#039;m hungry.

I&#039;m finding the last half-hour before &quot;meal time&quot; is the hardest. I&#039;m actually starting to feel hungry, I know there&#039;s a meal on the way, but I want a snack so bad. But I know if I have it, I won&#039;t eat any less at the regular meal.</description>
