		<description>How about make your own treats? Yesterday I made homemade turtles and pb cups using unsweetened chocolate and agave and honey as sweetener. They are such good quality that there&#039;s no way you could eat too many...they are too intense!

		<description>@Deb and @Carol -- thanks for your input!  I feel too many &#039;diet&#039; blogs out there talk about too many &#039;tricks&#039; for eating through the holidays.  This time of year It&#039;s about enjoyment,  balance and eating in moderation. 

I still eat very healthy this time of year and get my exercise, but do leave room for some really GOOD treats that keep me really satisfied -- and happy!  Just like the French do.  It&#039;s about quality.... not quantity!</description>
