We women spend way too much time feeling guilty over the holidays, and that only makes this time of indulgence worse.  So don&#039;t overindulge, but do enjoy!  Go ahead and have a small piece of that particular Christmas cookie or chocolate- but also pamper yourself in other ways.  One of my favorites is taking the time to give myself a lovely facial.  When I feel pampered, I am much less likely to overindulge, foodwise.
