Can you imagine a life without the chains of dieting and constantly trying to control your weight? A life without rules, restrictions, and being told to eat the right foods?

Image just how wonderful it would feel to wake up every morning without having to face the scale, without having to count calories, without having to eat foods you don’t like that leave you unsatisfied.

Imagine….

  • being able to wear clothes you love and feel good in
  • thinking of food only when you’re hungry
  • finding real pleasure in eating
  • eating your favorite foods without constantly counting calories or fat grams… and
  • not feeling guilty – ever again!

Think of how liberating it would be to feel truly nourished.  Of being able to eat and stop when you’re full — and KNOWING when you’re full.

You CAN eat and not have to settle for the “healthy option” all of the time.  It is possible.

NO gimmicks, fancy foods or expensive items to buy.  NO chanting or repeating mantra’s all day.  NO need to completely turn your lifestyle upside down.

Just simple, easy advice that FITS fits into your lifestyle and leaves you feeling alive and full of energy — and being in control.

I can show you how.

thanks for sharing, but I still not sure how this works, I have tried some programs similar to what you have mentioned, but it did not work so well for me, I still think that you should control what you eat and how much you eat.

Thanks for stopping by and your comments!! I completely understand where you’re coming from. Most people I work with have tried many diets. Though they may have lost some weight, they could never keep it off or more often — put back on even more weight.

I DO completely agree that you need to control what and how much you eat. Absolutely!! But it doesn’t have to be done with constant calorie counting. Though I do understand in the beginning that may help people. But you can’t spend your entire life counting calories — one of the many reasons diets don’t work.

What I do is help women listen to their body. It focuses on helping you trust your body to make the right food choices and maintain a healthy weight. You learn how to eat when you’re REALLY hungry and stop when you’re full.

You’re probably thinking, “Easier said than done.” But it’s not that hard when you have the right tools. And I help you discover what you’re REALLY hungry for. You see, first one needs to change their relationship with food.

All the counting calories, worrying about fat grams, and weighing food will not solve that problem.

For many women, it’s about an un-balance in their life. Food is just the “fix” for them.

Trust me, I’ve been there (more times than I’d like to admit).

It’s about getting your life re-balanced in a way that works for YOU (and not somebody else’s plan) that will make it easier for the scale to move.

Even OPRAH knows how to lose weight but she can’t keep it off. She knows its a deeper issue and not just about the food. I even wrote about it on my blog: http://www.eatwithoutguilt.com/the-real-reason-oprah-has-gained-weight-again/

Oprah has also acknowledged that it’s not just about the food. It’s about finding balance in her life, and about coming to term with her “inner hunger.”

    That’s what I do.

So you LEARN how to control what and how much you eat — but without deprivation. And you learn how there is room in your life for all foods. It’s about creating BALANCE ….with food and in life!
