I totally agree! A great source of motivation...believe it or not is to weigh yourself every week. Have a goal that you wanna reach. Start with little baby steps...going at it full throttle will only discourage you and make it seem impossible after enduring a hard workout. I just invested in a new BMI digital scale...I threw my old dial scale out. Its great...I love it. Its comes with a remote and keeps track of your diet (which is pretty neat). And it only cost me 35 bucks at reliablepaper.com. I saw similar ones online that go for 150 to 250 dollars!

Losing weight can be difficult but with a little help, it can be done! I strongly suggest you ladies invest in a BMI digital scale or any advance bathroom scale in the market. Its a great source of motivation.

@Georgia Mist -- So glad you found it helpful, and I'd love to know the 20 benefits you come up with ;-)

@Cindy Loughran -- Inspiring others feeds my soul (sorry for the "feed" analogy!), and I find that inspiring others is like a wave....touches way beyond just the shore.

@Shannon -- Yes, one needs to get rid of (or at least put less value on) the baggage. And I'd love to know your list of 20 too!

@Carol -- I agree that there are so many intangible benefits to weight loss....waaay too many to name here. But if you think of how it affects the other ares of your life, you see the change is more than skin deep :)

This is great information! I really believe the problem with my weight coming back was that I can lose weight anyone can loose weight but you have to lose the baggage that got you there in the first place as well.
I am going to write the list of 20 it will be interesting to see what I end up with.
Thanks for the information!
