		<description>This was exactly the conclusion I came to at the start of this year and I have been following this strategy since. I am amazed at how much my body &#039;talks&#039; to me and how often at the start, my &#039;cravings&#039; actually had nothing to do with food. I thought I was hungry but instead I was simply bored or procrastinating. 

But I think it is also important to make peace with your body, no matter how it looks at the moment. I&#039;m working on that one and I think I have lost a lot of weight just from that alone, even though physically the changes haven&#039;t been as big. Loving your body is probably the toughest part though.</description>
